Participants in the 100K category must submit an image proving that they meet one of the following conditions:
1. Obtained a UTMB Index in the 50K category
2. Earned 2 or more ITRA points
- Validity period of the score: The score must have been earned within 2 years prior to the race registration date (June 10, 2025), i.e., between June 10, 2023 and August 8, 2025.
- Submission deadline for score verification: August 8, 2025
50K
Participants in the 50K category must submit an image proving that they meet one of the following conditions:
1. Obtained a UTMB Index in the 20K category
2. Earned 1 or more ITRA points
- Validity period of the score: The score must have been earned within 2 years prior to the race registration date (June 10, 2025), i.e., between June 10, 2023 and August 8, 2025.
- Submission deadline for score verification: August 8, 2025
How to Submit Your Score
-Submission method: Please send an image file as an email attachment to theseoul100k@gmail.com.
-Only UTMB Index and ITRA points will be accepted.
-If you are unable to submit the appropriate proof by the initial deadline, you will still have an additional grace period to do so (details will be announced separately).
-There is no required format for the proof. Please submit an image (screenshots are acceptable) showing the following information: Your name / Date (month & year) / Race name / Points earned
-You can obtain proof of your UTMB Index and ITRA points from the websites below. Please refer to the sample images at the bottom.

-Failure to submit valid proof during the grace period, or submission of proof that does not meet the requirements, may result in disqualification from the race.
