CERTIFICATE SUBMISSION



Participants in the 50K category must submit an image proving they meet one of the following conditions:


1) Acquired a UTMB Index of 20K

2) Acquired 1 or more ITRA points

Score Validity Period: Scores obtained within 2 years based on the race registration date (26.06.02) (24.06.02 ~ 26.08.07) 

Score Submission Deadline: By 17:00 on August 7, 2026




Participants in the 100K category must submit an image proving they meet one of the following conditions.


1) Acquired a UTMB Index 50K

2) Acquired ITRA Point 2 or higher

Score Validity Period: Scores acquired within 2 years (24.06.02~26.08.07) prior to the race registration date (26.06.02) 

Score Submission Deadline: By 17:00 on August 7, 2026

Please submit by attaching your image file to theseoul100k@gmail.com.


Only UTMB Index and ITRA points are accepted.


If you are unable to submit valid proof within the submission deadline, you may submit it during the supplementary period. (Details will be announced separately)

There is no specific certificate format. Please submit an image that clearly shows the participant's <Name & / Month Name Points Race Year>. (Screenshots are acceptable)

Proof of your UTMB Index and ITRA points can be obtained from the websites below. Please refer to the examples at the bottom. 
*You must log in to each site to check your index and points, so please ensure you are logged in before taking a screenshot.



If you fail to submit your proof within the supplementary period or if the submitted proof does not meet the requirements, your participation in the race may be restricted.
